Contingency Recruitment: when clients have needs below the $100k mark, yet not quite of the urgency as a retained search. At this level, we do not earn the fee until the hire is made. Flat Fee for this level based on the First- years base salary, and the fee never changes regardless of the hire-in salary.
Exclusive: 25% (flat fee) or Non-Exclusive: 30% (flat fee) per above. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
