OutPlacement: Our Flat Fees take all of the guess work out of your expenses and are payable half up front with the remainder due when your employees report to us to initiate their personal service.

Our guarantee applies to re-employment, unless the individual decides to:

  • continue their education in lieu of employment
  • start their own business
  • retire
