Requirements:
· Should be highly professional, engaging, thorough, & most importantly possess an intellectual curiosity & a will to succeed
· 2 to 5 years full-desk experience in our Practice areas
· Strong management skills and superior communications capabilities both verbal and written
· Fully Equipped Home Office (computer, modem, dedicated office phone, cell, fax)
· High level of Comfort developing relationships over the phone
· Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any senior consulting or sales position
· High level of empathy coupled with the ability to accurately sense the reactions of others
· High level of extroversion and desire to interact with others
· Highly competitive nature
And most of all:
· Bachelor’s degree; a Masters is a plus
· Desire to have unlimited earning potential commensurate with your effort
Note: Preference will be given to those candidates with degrees & 2 - 5 years prior experience.
