In addition to his experience as a search professional, much of Keith’s contribution to client organizations draws from his experience in operating roles and the perspective derived from that background. With prior training from an international Life Sciences conglomerate (Bayer HealthCare, formerly Miles), where he served as area director, he later served as senior sales officer for a startup medical device manufacturer (Pegasus) propelling sales to $32 million. Keith was then appointed Area Director of a Mid-Atlantic ManagedCare company (Charter). While serving these top-notch organizations he managed and led sales and management teams of up to 150 professionals. This breadth of experience provides Keith and his team of consultants with working knowledge of LifeScience, HealthCare, Technology, and related service companies from venture capital to the Fortune & Fast 500.

Nicolette Possemato - Principal

Nicolette Possemato, formerly an EVP of Human Resources was responsible for directing all human capital functions of a multi-million dollar real estate development company. Bruce Salem - Principal

Anna-Marie Stuker - Principal

Anna-Marie Stuker has a diverse professional background that includes industries such as healthcare and commercial aviation. She has over twenty years of experience in cross-functional areas of human resources and operations.

Anna-Marie's practice areas of Recruitment specialization include: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Pharmacy.

Early in her career, Anna-Marie held increasingly responsible leadership positions working for Comair, and Delta Connection playing an integral role during their growth.  She developed and led Onboard Service and Standards, Employee Services, and Employment Services/HRIS. She also held the position of Manager, Recruiting & Staffing at United Airlines.  Anna-Marie then transitioned her career into the healthcare industry working with Mercy Health Partners and most recently at the international leading Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. While at Cincinnati Children’s Anna-Marie launched a new HR Service Center and redesigned HR Operations leveraging technology with a focus on customers and quality improvement.

Anna-Marie has significant experience in recruiting, team building and leadership development, quality improvement, and change management. She stresses the importance of building solid client relationships is with open and honest communication and is passionate about finding the right candidate so her clients can move forward with their goals.

Giving back to the community is a priority for Anna-Marie. She is an active volunteer through United Way as a WINGs member. She also volunteers as an advocate for early childhood development.

Anna-Marie is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in organizational leadership from DePaul University.

Liza Peralta-Cuadrado

Liza Peralta-Cuadrado’s Healthcare Industry experience has broadly developed over the past twenty-years.  Her initial exposure in recruiting Nurses from abroad allowed her to refine her skills in recruiting Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians across the country into hospital and private practice settings. Her success in the medical placement arena allowed her to expand her portfolio to include Administrative positions to Corporate Executive searches.  As a Director for a world-wide Professional Staffing firm, she attained multiple Executive Awards and was most recognized for client retention and candidate satisfaction.

Her expertise in Medical Sales also includes her exposure as a Field Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and a Corporate Supervisor for major Healthcare organizations. 

Liza holds a degree in Business Management, and furthered her education at the Philips Beth Israel School of Nursing and Long Island University in New York City.
